To request your unique Affiliate Stylist Code, please fill out and submit the online form below. Once we receive your request we typically take 24 hours to review the application. Once your application is accepted we will assign a Unique Affiliate Code for you to use and send it to the email you provide in the online form. We will also contact you by phone to set up PayPal so you can receive your earnings.
