How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple, easy and safe. Start by clicking on SHOP and choose from our selection of pearls and crystals. Next you will be prompted to select either order SETS or SINGLE PINS. Once on the product page you can select the quantity of hair pins you want to add to your online shopping cart. To select different styles of hair pins return to SHOP by clicking the button in the tabs bar. When you are finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to place your order, click on the cart icon (top right). Please take a minute to review your order details and select a payment method to proceed with checkout.
Is checkout secure and what are my payment options?
Yes! Our website is SSL secured and we offer several safe and encrypted online payment options. Credit card payments can be made directly on our website without leaving the site by clicking the blue "Checkout" button or you may pay through PayPal by clicking the yellow "Check out with PayPal" button.
How long will it take to receive my hair pins?
All hair pins are custom made to order and it may take up to 5 business days for an order to be ready to ship. If you need your order sooner, just give us a call and we may be able to speed up the process for you. Shipping in the US is $8.00 via USPS Priority mail (3-5 days) and all US orders over $99.99 ship free. We also offer an Express Shipping option at checkout if you need faster delivery (24 - 48 hours). International buyers can expect delivery from 1-3 weeks after package is shipped.
Can I order more than one style of hair pin?
Yes, you can add as many styles of hair pins as you want to your shopping cart.
To do this, return to the SHOP tab at the top of the screen to select another style of pearl or crystal. On the next page you will be prompted to choose SETS or SINGLE PINS. This takes you to the corresponding product page where you can select quantities and add the hair pins to your cart. Repeat these steps to add more varieties of hair pins to your cart.
Should I buy sets or single pins?
Sets of 5 hair pins are discounted between 10 - 20% (compared to single pins). Purchasing single pins is a great option if you need less than 5 hair pins or if you want to add a few extra hair pins to a set.
How do I make a set with more than 5 hair pins?
That's easy! The best way to do this is to place a set of 5 hair pins in your cart then add additional single hair pins to the order.
For example, let's say you want to order 7 hair pins of the same type. First go to the SHOP tab and select a pearl or crystal from the list by clicking on it. On the next page you will be prompted to select SETS or SINGLE PINS. Click on SETS to go to the product page where you can add one set to your cart. Next, to add the remaining two hair pins, return to the page where you selected SETS or SINGLE PINS and this time click on SINGLE PINS. On this page you'll add the remaining two hair pins to your cart for a total of 7 hair pins.
